WORK WITH US

Bring Love to life in how you lead.

“I believe in the transformative power of Love, especially in today’s time.
But turning that belief into strategy and operations feels out of reach—I'm worried about how I'll be perceived, I don't have time, I don't know the evidence, or I'm unsure how to do this well."

Leaders across sectors—not-for-profit and philanthropy, entrepreneurship and business, academia and government—tell us variations of the sentiment above.
Through our social enterprise branch, we can help.

WHAT SHIFTS

When Love shapes how you lead, three things change.

WHAT WE DOWe help leaders embed Love into their strategy and operations.

Organizational culture

Teams with deeper trust, belonging, and the courage to name what matters, and a workplace people want to stay in.

Societal impact

Strategy, programs, and grantmaking that tend to root causes and relationships, not only symptoms.

Legacy

Leadership you are proud of, and a legacy measured in the relationships and futures you helped make possible.

HOW WE GET THERE

Every offering invites three movements

  1. Awe and Wonder

We slow down and reconnect with what moves us: nature, story, and the sacred
    in everyday life and work.

  2. Meaning and Purpose

We explore why your work matters, and where Love already lives in your mission, relationships, and decisions.

  3. Shared Agreements

We turn insight into practice: concrete commitments your team chooses together, and keeps.

Meaning and purpose is one of five domains of human flourishing in the Global Flourishing Study  (the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University, the Institute for Studies of Religion at Baylor University, the Center for Open Science, and Gallup).
Along the way, every offering also nurtures the other four:

  • Happiness and life satisfaction
  • Mental and physical health
  • Character and virtue
  • Close social relationships

HOW WE WORK

Grounded in evidence
and experience.

Every offering draws on 12+ years of programming and policy wisdom gathered from working across multilateral organizations, international non-governmental organizations, academic and research institutes, and community organizations; practitioner and facilitation experience in mindfulness, spiritual leadership, healthy conflict, and systems innovation; and research on Love, flourishing, mental health, peacebuilding, and youth and adult learning.

We also offer survey- and interview-based analysis of your team or community, so you can see where you are today and track what shifts.
